help with jazzing up plain yogurt

Ok I HATE yogurt, especially the "artificially" sweetened ones, BUT, I'm gonna get this and REALLY try it...http://www.chobani.com/products/blended#non-fat-plain,  BUT how can I jazz it up so I can stomach it? Or what can I add it to? It's great protein and if I eat 4 of these a day I'm close to getting in my protein... I'm gonna make an effort to LIKE it LOL   so any suggestions are appreciated.

I'm on soft foods but if I chew REALLY well, can I dip granny smith apple slices (without the peel) in it ?

No...apples are not soft!....but applesauce unsweetened is...so you can add that....or sugarfree coffee syrup ( vanilla or caramel), 1/4-1/2 smashed banana....I add dried dill and some lemon and mix it with tuna or have it on fish, I put it on veggies ( make sure they are soft veggies), I mix it into spinach for creamed spinach ( dont cook it...just at the end), mix it with salsa....I love it plain too ....

and some yogurts taste different....2% Fage is not as bitter as 0% Fage....

Good luck and persevere...but don' t force yourself...there are plenty of good protein things out there to eat if you really dont like the yogurt...This is not a test!!

to be completely honest, I'm having a hard time finding any protein that agrees w/ me since the surgery. My taste has TOTALLY changed and I'm frustrated at what I can't eat that I used to be able to eat.  I'll try your ideas, I do like veggies and spinach and especially salsa, but what do you put the salsa on?

I saw an idea to add dry sugar free pudding mix into it, puréed pumpkin is also an option.

This was my comfort food this week. I am not a fan of artificial sweeteners, but this is good.

Cheesecake Yogurt
32 oz container low fat or FF plain yogurt. (Not greek)
1 4-serving size Box Jello SF Cheesecake flavored instant pudding mix
2-3 tsp vanilla
2-3 tsp lemon juice
additional sweetener (Optional)

Basically just dump all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. I usually put it back into the yogurt container to store. I don't usually add extra sweetener. You could add plain protein powder to this if you wanted to up the protein count. I haven't done it. Let it chill in the frig awhile for the flavors to meld. Only not greek because I think it would be too thick. Could thin with milk I guess.

I make it with plain Greek yogurt.  I like it thick.  Makes it taste like cheesecake.

I use the yogurt with salsa for fish, also in tuna, I use it as a sauce for chicken ( later on for you!) or even on a salad....You really can't cook the yogurt but it is a good add on sauce to make things less dry.  I hated protein drinks so I used to add skimmed milk powder to boost my protein...sugar free jello pudding...add 2 extra tbls skim milk powder to the mix and you can't taste it but it doubles the protein...also I made sugar free hot chocolate and added a spoon or 2 of skim milk powder and made it with skim milk instead of water....that was when I really needed to boost my calories and protein ( no problems now!)
