Just all the nausea
Oh my, someone help me.
had RNY almost 7 weeks ago on dec 22.
everything is going great. I started at 239 and I am currently 212. It's coming off slow, but it's okay. I am doing Bikram yoga 3-4 times a week. Also running and walking.
the Bikram yoga is in a heated room.
anyway for the past week I just feel so nauseous! My surgeon thinks it might be dehydration from all the sweat loss from yoga. I literally do not want to eat. I am eating but I don't want too. Also emailed my nutritionist and she said my food journal looks perfect.
any ideas or suggestions?
and no I'm not pregnant I just got over my period.

most likely dehydration. Dehydration causes wicked nausea. Are you drinking 64+ ounces of liquid a day, more at yoga?
Same salthy broth during the day you have yoga. We don't get enough salt.
Even now, 7 years post opp i have to add salt to my diet... All the time...
