How many people take their measurements instead of focusing on the scale?
I do both. I weigh myself daily and only pay attention to TrendWeight and then I take my measurements on the first of every month.

I take my measurements every few months. I think it's good to do both, especially when the scale seems stuck. It's pretty cool to see the numbers getting smaller and smaller, isn't it? I think it makes the weight loss seem even more a reality than just tracking weight.

I don't measure. But I do go by NSVs. I do get on the scale daily. I wished I did measure myself. I measure right before surgery and I can't find my measurements. So it was hard to figure out how much I lost in inches.
I think doing both is a good thing. Sometimes we don't lose on the scale but we lose inches.
I measured while I was losing, but haven't since. I find measuring to be very innacurate. You can measure three times and get three different numbers. If you want to be smaller, you'll pull the tape a little tighter, unconsciously. The scale never lies.

I measure, but like others have said, it can be quite inaccurate. I have the measurements, so that at the end, I can say I've lost "around" so and so many inches.
I weigh once per week. I don't like to obsess about the scale/numbers too much.
