I think my stoma is stretched

I wish you luck with your doctor visit. When do you go? I sent a friend request on here so we can keep each other posted. I think the reason they say not to drink water is because it flushes the food through the pouch and you dont get satisfied. My appointment is on February 12 so I will let you know what happens. 

There is no standard size.  A mature pouch could hold six or fourteen ounces.  Ask how big yours is.

I am now 12 years post op . I still can never eat more than half a cup. I still dump . I tell myself if I feel hunger, my body needs water. The biggest thing to learn is to use food to live not live our lives for food, for years our life revolved around food . It's time to get a hobby a job anything to stop obsessing about food.
