HOLY CRAP ya'll can really eat !!! I don't know how far out from surgery everyone is, but I can hardly eat a thing. :( MY surgery was 12/17/14   I can eat a little bit of peanut butter 1 tsp. a little bit of cheese, a few tbsp. applesauce, and that about covers it... I'm getting about 20 oz of water a day (trying hard to get more).... nausea is crazy for me even with Zofran. I'm jealous of those who can eat... I JUST started feeling hunger this week.

You need to keep making it your job to get more fluids. Being dehydrated will definitely make the nausea worse!

Hubby & I don'****ch sports, so it's a normal Sunday here for us. We've got a massive blizzard happening outside right now, and all I want is a nice hearty bowl of chili (that I can't eat yet!). I'm almost 4 weeks post op, and on pureed foods for another 4 weeks, so my eating can be odd some days. ;)

B: 2 oz. unsweetened applesauce

L: 2 oz. 98% fat free cheddar broccoli soup (blended so it has no chunks)

D: 2 oz. Ricotta bake

S: 2 Premier Protein shakes throughout the day

Vitamins have been a struggle for me this past week, and so has fluid intake. My pouch has been really cranky the last couple of days.

I am 29 months post op and not a fan of the super bowl or football at all. I am sitting here bored because I had surgery on three toes on my left foot Friday afternoon and I can't exercise. I was lucky though that he didn't have to use hardware though so I can put weight on it to walk. My exercise for now is doing a bit of housework,cooking and taking my dog out in the yard. Hopefully soon I'll be back at it though! Weight today 122 and doing well with fluids and vitamins. Here's the food for today: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with nuts and half a banana with peanut butter L 31/2 oz turkey meatballs with half a tablespoon hummus and green peppers D 31/2 oz chicken and half a cup Brussels sprouts S coffee flavored Greek yogurt with nuts before bed. I am almost 2 years out.

5 days post op Butt Lift - so no exercise for me!

Breakfast - ham & pepper hash

Snack - peanuts

Lunch - left over pork loin & a pickle

snack - string cheese

dinner - buffalo chicken slider

super bowl - low carb jalepeno bites & no bean chili

Looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow!!
