Morning everyone! It's a Monday Holiday (Patriot's Day) here in MA, so I am "off" today, whatever that means. Actually yesterday was the most weekend-y day I have had in a long time! The weather was gorgeous and we went for a drive along the ocean. I also did a lot of crafts--I made a handmade book and a sign for above my coffee bar. Neither are 100% done but I will have pics ready for Friday :)

Accountability: No snacks!

QOTD: What's the throw pillow situation like at your house? I have a billion and I really like them because they are decorative touches and I think they make sitting in couches and chairs more comfy. Grim on the other hand haaaaates them and uses them for what he thinks is their original intention--to throw them across the room in frustration ;) I'm not allowed to buy any more...

Good morning everyone! Gloomy morning here today with rain and thunderstorms. Quick post from me today since I gotta get started with work here shortly. My accountability yesterday was ok. Not the best and not the worst. Had some trail mix that wasn't on plan.

QOTD: I have a few on the sofa, one on a chair in my living room and a couple on my bed. The ones on my bed most always stay on the floor though unless I decide to make the bed which is rare! However, I did make it over the weekend when I was cleaning just so everything would look nice and tidy so those throw pillows did make an appearance then. Lol

B: coffee w/Splenda X 2 or 3

B2: 2 eggs scrambled

L: low sodium turkey breast and 1 cheese stick

Good morning! It feels weird that it is Patriots Day. Though it isn't a holiday here in Florida usually many at home would be celebrating it. Very different this year.

I am finally back into my chosen target weight range! It took 4 months on WW to lose about 18 pounds. WLS and WW together have been a win for me.

QOTD: I have lots of throw pillows as well for the same reason you do. I think when one is short (like me and you), they are necessary to be comfortable in longer seated chairs to fill the gap behind our backs. DH used to hate them and was always throwing them on the floor (hence throw pillows???).

TSS: 4 years

B: Coffee! Eggs, black beans, cheese and salsa

L: Sliced Ever Roast chicken, laughing cow cheese, bean salad

D: Salmon burger and veggies

S: cauliflower fried rice, blueberry lemon pie and/or yogurt with strawberry compote and/or WW one point blueberry muffin

WTG Liz. I knew it was just a matter of time for you to get back to your goal. Your Menu's are basically dense protein and veggies. Funny how if you follow the plan it works!!! Be proud you deserve it.

Good morning!! It's not a holiday here but I decided to take a personal day, except for one 90 minute meeting I need to call into. I was on the fence about taking a day to just stay home and do the same things but my emotional over reaction to the nurses standing up to the protesters made me think I do need the day off, lol.

qotd - I love pillows. Every piece of furniture in my living room and sunroom have 1 or more (also a collection of lap blankets) and you can barely find my bed under the pillows and throw pillows, but I am a bit more restrained on the guest rooms).

Menu today is

coffee plus half and half

carb master cottage cheese with PB

portion of left over Italian sausage mixed with tomato sauce

dinner either a slice of home made gluten free pizza or 2nd portion of left over sausage

light and fit greek

i hope everyone has a fantastic day!
