I am going to do some on the treadmill and some on the elliptical!

QOTD: there are so many animals that I enjoy. I love to see those animals that are rarely seen like moose, bears, etc.

B: oikios triple zero Greek yogurt

L: 2oz rotisserie chicken 1/3 c blueberries

D: chicken zoodle lo mein, 2 pretzel crackers

S: protein drink, 1/3 c frozen Greek yogurt 1/4 c blueberries

E: 2 mile walk, 30 min yoga
