I'm really running on empty guys. I'm so tired. Not sleeping well. I was up early...waaaaaay early. I made my mom some cinnamon apple quick bread. It turned out good she said.

honestly food has sucked yesterday and today. I didn't have any of the bread but with feeling so tired I'm munching on everything.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us out Mel. I say make one intentional good choice today, grow it from there. :-). We are having a stay-cation in Oceanside. We are with really good friends and there is a lot of laughing going in. Just finished a 6.5 mile bike ride and getting ready for bike/bar crawl. There is a dense marine layer, so it's a bit muggy and around 72. Feels great to be out.

well I had a good weigh day despite not exercising this week! So I was very happy and thankful. Then I received an email from the University I am attending is providing all the online students $300 applied to tuition or book ( a COVID emergency relief thing). I was pretty darn impressed with that news. It will most likely go towards book. They are so expensive.
ran some errands with my daughter. Tomorrow we will go to the lake for SUP and kayaking.
