What's on your Saturday menu?

I got some cera ve anti itch body cream and it's helped. I did talk to the pain clinic people and they told me to take some vistaril which I have to take when I have bad anxiety...just to take it a little more often. It and Benadryl together seem to keep the worst of it at bay.

My skin is aching and so sore. They are going to switch out the meds in the pain pump but my expectations are not high for in regards to the itching.
