There are plenty of substitutes and most are tasty. Even bad pizza is good. None of them meet the magical requirement I would need to go APAW.

Have you tried cauliflower slims? I use them to make mini pizzas....really not bad!

  1. Pre- Surgery/ Type 2 Diabetes, High BP and Cholesterol, treated with 6 medications, including Insulin. Post Op- low dose BP med 2022, Mounjaro 10/2023

I really like the little ones from Trader Joes for toasting and adding pizza or other toppings too.

Yes! We love them, I put them in the oven on the pizza stone @ 400 for about 10 minutes...flip them over for a couple minutes and then add sauce and toppings....I like them crisped up.....

I use low carb tortillas for crust but just once in a blue moon since I am not and never been a big pizza eater.

I ordered cauliflower pizza for a pool party. It was delicious and gave us so much gas that the pool turned into a hot tub. Last time I ate it. Worse flatence episode I ever had.
