Grateful today for my health, family and friends, OH, that Pam ( createpm ) that I was her OH Angel only had swelling instead of something serious, for my son ( oldest ) coming home for a visit on the 28th and for my WLS !!!! Oh and I almost forgot....for my small WL I had this week. I am getting back on track after messing up and gaining a little weight back !!!
