Hey everyone.   I hope Paige doesn't mind me getting this rolling but I'm going to leave in about an hour for pretty much the whole day and I want to type my food and create my ACCOUNTABILITY!

B: Protein Shake
L: Picnic lunch with Peanut butter and sugar free raspberry jam on low carb bread
D: Shrimp scampi over low carb noodles

Water water water today...we are headed to a walk around the Ft. Worth Botanical Gardens.  Its going to be a fun day!

D: 1/2 red,white,blue margarita at Babins, cup of crawfish bisque, bite of hubby's fish & crab cake
