Good morning!  Today is an off campus training and then tomorrow I'm headed to Dallas!!!  I'm ready for a girls weekend!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: Starbucks light mocha coconut frap
L:???  will have to grab something out
D: tilapia and half a sweet potato
Snacks: 1 drink (meeting coworkers at a bar and grill tonight)

B -  1 saus patty,  1 pancake (just sounded good this am - 1 egg               DONE

Snack:  SF popcicle

Lunch:  Left over parm crusted tilapia and 1% cottage cheese...

Dinner:  Don't have a clue..

  • Current Weight:  263  
  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.
