Good morning!  It’s Monday and a new week is upon us already  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

Plan:
 
B: Oh Yeah RTD
L: smoked salmon/cream cheese/ 2 multi grain crackers

S: SF tapioca pudding

D: tilapia with sweet pepper sauce and sweet potato fries

S: skinny cow bar

Here is my plan:

B coffee and then Greek yogurt later
S sf vanilla iced coffee
L chef salad w low carb dressing
D Parmesan tilapia and veggie
S cottage cheese with fruit or frozen banana stuff

Exercise: staircase at least 4 or more times

Hi Ya'all


Not a GREAT plan - but it is what it has to be for now........... 
I'll update through the day and report what was really happening 


B:    4oz  protein shake........  done 

Snack:   b-day celebrations -  a girl brought reduced stuff - banana pudding....:)   

Lunch:   1/2 cup mac and cheese w/ asparagus

dinner:   At 2nd job - I think that they are brining me something for celebration of my b-day...

  • Current Weight:  263  
  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Good Evening Ladies/OH Pals,

Finally getting around for some me time.  Work has been crazy demanding, but it makes for a super fast day.  I kinda like it, I think.

Food plan - so, so...today.
Really need to up my water

I think I'm ready for the Fall.  I'm ready for walks in the park before 8pm.
