Well it's not morning yet but I have to be out of the house before 6 and I knew I would not have time to post!  It's the first day of school for our students and it's going to be a busy one!  So what is your plan for the day?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD or Oh Yeah RTD
L: Poblano soup
D: Tilapia and veggie
Snacks: skinny cow cone

D fish and roasted veggies
S Swiss Miss 100 calorie bar

Good morning,

Had a great time on vacation last week but sadly it's over and I need to get back to my routine.

My plan for the day

B: Omelet / toast
L: Tilapia / veggie
D: Spaghetti or something with lean ground beef
S: 100 cal snacks
64 oz of water
