Good Morning Daily Plate Pals,

Feeling stretch these days.  Between work & family, I'm being pulled in 5 different directions.  I've been thinking.... when it comes to me and my food, I need to keep things simple.  You know, follow the basic WLS rules.

Today's Master Plan:
- Connect w/ HP
- Exercise
- Vitamins
- Up water intake
- OH Support
- OA Meeting
- Healthy food
- Planned eating
- More sleep
