Good morning!  The week is underway and I hope you all got yours  off to a good start!  Ants decided to invade my office at work over the weekend... so no more snacks in my desk!!!   Guess that's probably a good thing!!  So what is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: Oh Yeah RTD
L: Italian veggie soup
D: Tilapia and sweet potato
Snacks: pistachios, skinny cow

L: Tipalia / veggie
D: Spaghetti or something with ground beef
S: Fruit /  ?????
64 oz of water

B: chocolate protein shake, 1/2 banana mixed in
S: carbmaster yogurt
L: pork chop
S: tossed salad that I didn't eat at lunch
D: chorizo and egg

End of month and I'm swamped at work.  My little one also just started school so needless to say, I'm adjusting.

Stuck to my meal plan, today, but I need to work on getting my WLS support.
