Good morning!  We are almost half way through the work week!!!  I know I'm looking forward to a nice long holiday weekend!  They are saying we might get some rain and even though that would change my plans for the weekend I'll take the rain!!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: Oh Yeah RTD
L: White chicken chili
D: Taco salad
Snacks: microwave popcorn, skinny cow

Exercise...lots of walking at work...it's like walking a mall. I did the stairs several times yesterday.

B coffee, then sf caramel iced coffee
L chef salad
D fish and veggie
S banana "ice cream"

S: 1/2 bagel w/ scoop of peanut butter

D: baked chicken & veggies
