TODAY - My plan is: 

B -     Maple & Brown Sugar  Weight Control  oatmeal ..............done !!

snack:   Applesauce  or pistaccios....

Lunch:    Chicken Salad w/  5 crackers (saltines)

Snack:    NSA  Peaches

Dinner:   Tilapia and applesauce...

  • Total Lost:  139 lbs
  • Current Weight:  263  
  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

 Hi Phyllis,

I just wanted to pop on here and tell you how PROUD of you I am.   Hope Amanda is doing well with her eating.    Miss seeing you guys !!!  Hope you can make it to the breakfast in a couple of weeks.

Not a good day food wise

B: McDonalds-2/3 of a sausage biscuit and one bite of awful hashbrown
L: Vending machine - gold fish crackers and m&m's
Little bit of popcorn
D: homemade cheeseburger. Light potatoe chips
4oz shake and I don't mean a protein one
