The stomach is the first place the body stores fat (for guys, for girls it's on their thighs). Therefore any cardiovascular exercise (running, cycling, swimming, etc) will use up calories and start to remove your stomach gut. It is unlikely your body is storing fat on your arms and legs (unless you are very obese) and so you do not have to worry about exercise removing weight off your arms and legs.

It is generally accepted that there is no way to specifically target your stomach/gut for weight removal, you have to do general exercise. As it is the first place fat is stored it will also be the last place that weight is removed from your body. Just concentrate on eating right and cardio exercises.
