Need advice on fatigue

I need your advice on fatigue.  I'm nine weeks out and having trouble with fatigue and weakness in my arms and legs.  I'm sleeping ten hours a night and sometimes need a four-hour nap, too.  I've had the following tests/results:

Thyroid (T3, T4, TSH):  All OK
CBC:  All OK
Vitamin B-12:  High
Vitamin D:  OK
Iron:  OK
Blood Sugars:  Normal

My weight loss has stopped.  I'm getting in all my protein/water.  I'm getting ready to do a saliva test to check the status of my adrenal fatigue.  I've been on a low dose of hydrocortisone for adrenal fatigue since before surgery.  I have enough energy to get through work in the day, but that's about it.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Another thing: My doctor tried adding a mood stabilizer (Lamictal) to my low-dose antidepressant in case it's depression, but it's not helping much, if at all.

How was your potassium? That was causing some of my fatigue.. But truthfully my surgeon says it isnt uncommon for it to be 3-4 months before people start feeling normal again.

You said your iron level was ok......but what about your ferritin level?
Ferritin levels measure your bodies ability to store the iron.........as opposed to produce it.

I too am having terrible trouble with weakness.  I feel sometimes like if I don't sit down I will fall down.  I'm seeing my NUT next week and will chat with her about it but I did have a severe potassium defiecency in the hosptial and had to have 3 bags of potassium in my IV.  They did say those 3 bags equaled 30 potassium tablets but I don't know how much that is..  Everyday I tell myself I am going to walk today and I just dont have the strength to do it.  Other what I am doing in the way of housework I get zilch.  I am going to be interested in what info you get on here myself..

I'm curious about my potassium level now.  I'm taking a saliva test tomorrow to check my adrenal fatigue status, so we'll see what that says.  Let me know if you discover what's causing your low energy and weakness, too!

I have the same thing...borderline low blood pressure (90/60) and weakness. Let me know if ya figure anything out. You say your b12 is high....if by that you mean your folate serum was high, sometimes that can mask a true b12 deficiency, so both folate and b12 should be checked.

It could be a matter of not enough calories. Youre pretty early out.
