Hey Everyone,

I'm nooooo MS Shell, but she is one of the people that have inspired me the most on my journey and we have struggled and conquered. I loved this post when she did it. It had a lot of meaning. I am posting today in her honor to hoping she will return to take over once again one day when she is ready. Love you MS Shell and wish you all the best in life!!

B: 2 egg smoked turkey omelet
S: Atkins coconut snack bar
L: Chicken and cheese toss salad

D: Creamy chicken pomodoro over bean sprouts

Vits...B 12 so far...
Water...
Exercise..Up walking around the house...Healing well
Attitude...Will be better when I can get out of the house.

S - Nuts
L - 1/2 lean cuisine
S - 1/2 protein bar
D - fish and some kind of vegie

Vitamins- yes (now that I can swallow them!!)
Water- yes (only thing I drink now!!)
Exercise - hitting the gym after work!
Attitude - FANTASTIC!!!

not feeling so hot today but here goes...

B: 1/2 cup quaker oats cereal with 1/2 cup milk
S: wasn't up to eating anything
L: tuna sandwich
S: half a protein shake
D: some of the pork, sausage, sauerkraut stew I made

Vit: yes
Water: not enough yet, but I work tonight so I will get the chance to get plenty in
Exercise: very sore today from my first night at Zumba last night, and I have to work tonight so I will get some walking in there
Attitude: I think I am coming down with my daughters sickness, feel very rough today...and to top it off, I go back to work tonight for the first time since Feb. 20th..in spite of that, hoping for a great night and excited to see my friends at work.. Have a great day everyone,

yes, you can..there's a whole pot..this is a dish that I grew up on. my grandma made it for years, and now I make it... It has potatoes in it too, but I won't be eating those tonight since I had carbs with breakfast and dinner, something I never do but my nut said to try to get to 60 carbs a day..so here I go..

L:  tried to eat some corned beef I picked up but was yuck so I threw it away and opted for a very thin slice of meatloaf
