MY ONE MONTH UPDATE!!!

To my OH family my first month was rough but I made it, Thank you to all that wish me well when I was in the hospital a second time for dehydration..lesson learned make sure you get your fluids in.. Thanks once again for all the support  Check out my one month update on youtube.

    Glad that you are doing well and out of the hospital.  Remember to get those fluids in!!!! Hope that now you can take the needed time to focus on your weight loss.  You are going to do amazing.  We all have to get use to our new tummies. Let me know if you ever need anything. Glad to know I wasn't the only one that ended up in the hospital for dehydration!  I felt like such a dummy, but its hard to get all those liquids in!  I'm doing much better with it now too!  I had my sleeve 3/14, so we are on the same path at the same time!  Like someone said, we got through that first month, we are on a roll!  Congrats!
