Calcium question
Highly doubtful. It's probably just a stall. I really don't think there is a rhyme or reason other than making crappy food choices that cause stalls or gains. Well, excep****er weight with increased exercise, and higher sodium content on food.
I didn't get calcium on a regular schedule for a solid 3 months, and I never experienced a stall.
