I'm about a week longer than you...and the fact you say howdy is enough to be my friend!!...howdy just seems to be a lost art down here in Texas....everyone thinks we ride horses, say howdy and tip our hats as we pass but yet, I get weird looks every time.....just ain't right I tell ya...

some folks may visit the site every now and then, but others are on here daily. I think it depends upon your own personal support system. Never underestimate the power of getting support and accountability. This site is really great for that. Granted, not everyone on here knows all the answers, but there are enough people who will help you find the answers you are looking for, and if you have a question, you can do a search and find that many, many people have already posted that same question, and had that same experience at one time or another.
Very few of us have someone in their own circle of friends who can relate to all the challenges that WLS patients face.
