One month surgiversary
I have lost 23 pounds since surgery with my preop diet it makes a total of 46 pounds. I was hoping to lose at least 30 lbs this first month so a lil bummed. I'm trying to keep it in perspective and be positive but wondering how to keep pushing forward. I have been stuck at this number for 2 weeks now. I eat on egg for breakfast. Lunch is a shake and dinner is chicken salad or tuna salad 4 oz. My snack is usuallly a sugar free popsicle. I just started at the gym this week and feel really good. How are others sleeved in or around April doing? Whatcha eating? About how much?
Same here, I have hit a stall for my 3rd week post op.
I kep thinking it's been my eating, but habits haven't changed since I started mushies. Exercise is the same as well. Folks say once I start going back to gym and eating regular foods (more sensed proetein) change will come. So I am not too worried. 20lbs. Down since surgery date

As of last Wednesday (3 weeks), I have lost 25 lbs. I think it depends on your starting weight too.
I have something on June 11 and I need to get into a suit that I currently have and is too tight to pull off right now. I am going to have to get in a regular excercise routine and get into that outfit! I don't want to spend 100 on something I will only wear once!

I am 33lbs down ( including pre-op weight loss). You are doing better than me. The scale just starting moving again after a 3 week stall! I fuger as long as the scale moves in the right direction I'm doing okay. I'm trying not to think of this whole thing as a race. If I just keep doing what I'm doing the weight will come off eventually.
