3 Goals Met!!

I'm so happy to say that I have met 3 goals since my surgery 3 months ago.

1. I am under 200 pounds and I haven't been for 20 years.
2. I now weigh less than my husband and haven't weighed less than him in 20 years.
3. I have lost my first 50 pounds! (51 pounds really).

I am so happy I got the sleeve and I feel so fabulous already. I've got 68 pounds to go, but the feeling of health and energy is running through me like I don't know what!. lol

I have come ALIVE!!!

Wow, Congratulations! I don't know if I'll every weigh less than my husband - he's a hair shorter than me and wiry. I'd have to have a BMI of like 22.

What's your next goal?

My next 2 goals are:  "running" on the treadmill! I'm good at walking on the treadmill but was always too winded to run, so I've been running for a minute then walking then running, etc. I look forward to acutally running the whole time on the treadmill. and my next 25 pounds, which will be a 75 pound weight loss. Yes, I am so ecstatic now that I weigh less then the Hubby. :)

Awesome! I have the same goals too. You must feel incredible.

Congrats!! Its great that you have lost so much weight but it is also so nice to hear about having lots of energy..I look forward to that!
