NEVER did I think I would see it again!  I'm in Onederland! But I'm also at a stall!  Back to the drawing board! 5 days till I see my daughter and I want to see if I can break my stall and lose more by then!      "I LOVE WATER...I LOVE WATER!!!"  LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS!

How Onederfull for you to reach this major milestone! Congratulations!

OK, when I need to break a stall I cut way back on my carbs, increase my protein, increase my cardio after dinner (walk or bike ride), NO eating after dinner (Just liquids like SF drink mix, water, almond milk - unsweetened). Make sure you eat the majority of you carbs earlier in the day too so they can definitely burn for energy. Should only take 2-3 days and the stall will break!

I'm with you...can't wait till this stall breaks. Been stalled for 2weeks. So water has been my best friend...I even increased my protien from 65 to 80.

Hang in there Sabrina....it will break soon. Just know your with good company.

myfitnesspal.com & sparkpeople.com are two FREE online food and exercise trackers you can use if want an easy way to quantify what your doing in diet and exercise. I use myfitnesspal.com.
