How Onederfull for you to reach this major milestone! Congratulations!
OK, when I need to break a stall I cut way back on my carbs, increase my protein, increase my cardio after dinner (walk or bike ride), NO eating after dinner (Just liquids like SF drink mix, water, almond milk - unsweetened). Make sure you eat the majority of you carbs earlier in the day too so they can definitely burn for energy. Should only take 2-3 days and the stall will break!
