My sign of me loosing weight again is.
Hello all I have just noticed after all most a year out lol that when i loose weight even on 95 degree days i get the chills I am cold for a little while than the next day I get on the scale and find I have lost some weight.
Does anyone else get signs like this? I know we are cold alot even in the summer but the chills are a new thing for me.

I think I'm noticing a pattern myself- I get screamingly hungry (usually after I go to bed) and wake up hungry only to find that I've dropped a bit.. I also lose in a pattern of days.. several days of dropping, followed by several days of holding or slight gains.. this repeats all the time. I've gotten used to the runs of losses and kind of enjoy it and always hate to see it end, the hungries- not so much. I've also found if I have a small protein bar snack (I have some that are 110cals & low carb) before bed on my really ravenous days I still lose. I can't sleep if I'm really really hungry..
OK, give: what are your 110 cal low carb protein snack bar? Must have.
In return, I will pass on a little secret I learned today: a teaspoon of Hershey's Dark Chocolate cocoa (10 cals to the tablespoon, so 3.3 to the teaspoon) makes the cheapest protein powder as good as the most expensive.

Ok, it's actually 1/2 of the Oh Yeah Mint Choc wafer bars (2 per pack).. think kit kat meets Girl Scout Thin Mints.. I really didn't like them at first since I was eating them semi-frozen *the way I liked my thin mints.. but when I tried them at room temp, wow.. Yum. Peanut Butter Cup is great too.. I have to limit myself with these as they are a treat.. per stick: 105 cals, 4 carbs, 7 g protein.
I also got some Oh Yeah Good Grab bars (the smaller ones) in choc carmel.. but they are higher in carbs (17, though most is sugar alcohols..) I have not tried them as I'm waiting until I really, really feel like I need something.. I'm not a sweets eater, and I don't want to get in the habit even with the fakies if you know what I mean..
