6 Month Surgiversary
Today is my 6 month WLS anniversary. I have lost 75.7 pounds, 53.25 inches and six dress sizes.
I feel good. I started losing hair month three but it has almost stopped at month six. Casual acquaintances barely recognize me.
I wish Id done it twenty years ago and regret nothing.

I am not exerting although I know I should.
Yesterday I ate the following...new whey liquid protein shot, Chobani yogurt, a fish fillet with a dab of low fat tarter, a 100 cal bag of popcorn, an eighth of a cup of tuna with fat free mayo, a low fat string cheese, half a pear and a quarter cup of skim milk.

Wow you are rockin!!!Glad to know theer is an end in sight.Hai strated about 3 and a half months out I am knocking on 5 months now.It does seem to be slowing down!Way to go
