Ramblings and Observations

I had shoulder surgery on Friday. Went in at 207 pounds, came home (same day) at 216 pounds!!! Damn IV fluids! Today, Monday, back down to 211, so they are exiting slowly!

For those having a problem eating slowly....eat with your left hand! My meal speed has slowed waaayyyy down since my right arm is incapacitated :)

Percocet will also dull your appetite!

Tell me how it is going.  I have shoulder surgery scheduled Thursday and I am kind of terrfied.  How does it compare to the VSG - painwise?

hey i found an app for that! its called slow eater, and its free.  it really helps to pace yourself when you are just starting out like me.
