Hampton Roads Sleevers

Any hampton roads sleevers out there?????????????

 I'm a soon to be one lol  I'm in Va. Beach and plan on having the VSG on Aug. 22, 2011 if everything goes as planned.  How is the sleeve working for you????   Kerry

8 wks out down 32lbs...my doc says that pretty good.  i am so glad i had it.  still trying to figure out exactly how much food i can eat w/o overdoing it, but its process

 Sounds like you are doing great   I almost went through the surgical group that you did a long time ago with Dr. Clark, don't think he part of that practice anymore.  I don't remember them offering VSG back then and their program fee was way to pricy for me.  I'm hoping my only regret with this surgery is that I didn't do it sooner lol

6/29 is my moms bday...i was celebrating with her on the Spirit of Norfolk...i did good though just had some salmon and a few sunflower seeds!!!
