How about cheese wrapped in deli meat. Packed with protein. Wendy's chili was always a fav at that time too. A small bowl would be like 2-3 meals for me. Also has alot of protein.

I am 55 days out and I eat a variety of meats (chicken, ground beef, fish, steak, veal etc.) I use a little slider lubricant like Heinz 57 sauce to help the pieces get down. Cottage cheese lo fat and protein shake for breakfast help me get my 100 grams of protein in. Hope this helps.

I never could stomach the protein shakes.
I eat lots of cottage cheese with fruit, my favorite meal right now is 3 slices of thin lunchmeat, usually chicken, some cheese and a mini pickle, yummo!!
Also, fish, tuna, canned chicken, turkey burgers, beans, Egg Face's Mug Eggs but I use ramekins instead. Make a crustless pizza, just cheese and toppings in a greased dish, bake til bubbly, very good!!

for breakfast I like a 1 egg omelete with 1 oz of cheese or 1 scrambled egg with some cottage cheese.

For lunches lettuce wraps are awesome, some chicken or tuna and then something for a little crunch like water chestnuts :) yum... Deli meats with cheese sticks...

Dinner - some fish cooked in tinfoil packet with some white wine and dill and little olive oil (I used dover sole) and then wilted spinach with a sprinkle of red chili flake and some olive oil :)

Good luck..
