How many days....

How many days did y'all have to stay in the hospital? I've heard some people say they got out the day after and others say they were there for 3 days. (since my surgery is 9 days away I will be asking lots of questions mostly because I have past up nervous and I am now terrified!! LOL)

VSG on 05/03/11

I had surgery on a Tuesday and was released on Friday. I had no complications. A three-night stay is my surgeon's plan for sleeves (unless more time is needed). Ask your surgeon.

I had my surgery on a Monday morning and went home at 5:00pm on Tuesday.

I went in first thing Tuesday and didn't gt out until Sundy afternoon, but I had complications. Even witht the complications though I am doing spectacular at 2.5 weeks out... no regrets!!!

HW - 315, SW 249... 66lbs lost pre-op (low carb) 31 years old 5'6"

VSG on 08/02/11

Went in on Tuesday and would have been out on Wednesday but my white blood cells were elevated...surgeon is was semi normal for a revision. I was out by Thursday at 9am

I have to stay 2 nights because I live 2 1/2 hours away from my surgeon. I am getting excited, not real nervouse yet. Surgery in 4 days Aug 11!!!!!!!!!!
