Vitamin slacking = stalls?
Hi All,
Just curious... have you found that if you slack off on taking your vitamins that your weight loss slows or stops?
I haven't been the best at taking vitamins lately, mainly because I found taking a whole one (Celebrate Grape flavored) upset my stomach. I tried doing a half 4x/day instead of a whole one 2x/day, but then I'd forget and would only get maybe a whole one in on a good day.
The other day I tried a whole one again and it seems the upset stomach thing was temporary, so I'm back to 2x/day, which is easier to remember. It's only been a couple of days that I've been back on track with my vitamins again, so I'm wondering if perhaps that will jolt the scale into moving again (I've been stuck since 7/23).
