Passed my half way mark!

I'm over the half way mark!

I didn't realize it until I updated my weight on the ticker. I have had a tremendous amount of stress lately though. Closed my business, chaired our annual village festival, had shoulder surgery. If anything I thought I'd stall again.

Now that I've hit a quiet time in my life (the very first time in my life I've ever been a stay at home Mom and housewife), I need to make sure I stay motivated. I don't exercise, aside from the occasional walk, and I don't get my liquids in religiously.  Hopefully that half way mark is a tremendous boost to the metabolism!

Congratulations!  That's an awesome milestone.  Glad things have settled down some for you.  Stay motivated, keep your protein up and hydrate...Those are the best things you can do for yourself to reach those goals...Way to go!
