do any of you have a chili recipe you could share....I have been reading labels like mad....the stores where i live are very limited on selection.....so i think thats part of my boredom.....I love my beef jerky and cheese strings though...

So for any of you eating oysters, tuna or chicken salad are you just putting it on a piece of lettuce or have you found a low carb cracker etc...

I heard about pork rinds.....cheese puffs which ones are u using...

Thanks for the ideas...I sometimes get discouraged because I am not sure what else to eat....and i SOOOOO want this to be successful...i have so much determination...I want to keep going...

Thanks for all your input guys

I sometimes use a leaf of romaine for a base for some crunch.. tonight I actually was able to eat 2oz of shrimp ****tail (4 shrimp) and a small Cesar salad (1 leaf romaine torn up, a little parm, and dressing) which was really nice!

I use Scandinavian crispbread for tuna/chicken salad.  They suck by on their own, but load something on them and they're pretty tasty.

http://www.amazon.com/Scandinavian-Bran-Crispbread-3-5-Ounce-Package/dp/B002ALO05I/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1313715129&sr=8-2

Not carb-free, but almost entirely fiber.

People also use slices of cucumber as "crackers".
