9 months post-op and NO regrets!!
I started the pre-op diet at 233 pounds, size 22 pant, 3x shirt. Today.....137 pounds, size 10 pants (or an 8 or a 12, you know how sizes go), and m-l shirt. I have not seen this wt since high school!! I'll be 40 next month. I plan on having a Dexa scan done to see where I'm at as far as lean muscle mass as to have an accurate idea what my TRUE wt should be.
VSG was certainly one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! These last few pounds have been a b#%ch to get off, but I will make goal!! I started exercising at 3 1/2 months out and continue to do 30+ minutes/5 days wk. My first 5k is next weekend!
