Posted this on a recent post and decided to post by itself for anyone else that might be interested. There is something called PB2 def. worth looking into it.  My support group swears by it and I plan on buying it since I just got to mushies phase.  Ok so from the website it says removes 85% of the fat calories without the chemicals typically used in producing reduced fat foods.  Also it is a powder that you can sprinkle on things like yogurt get your protein or my support group says mix in some water and you get peanut butter.  It also comes in 2 flavors the reg. peanut butter and premium chocolate. I'm a big lover of peanut butter so cannot wait to get this.  I'll post the main website but you might beable to shop around and find better deal if you decide to try.  Hope this helps. Kerry

I've mixed it in plain Greek yogurt and it was good/interesting... Same with shakes. I like PB, and PB2 is great for the flavor, but I think I'm saving it to make satay sauce for some chicken kabobs sometime.. If I might suggest something- get the sample packs before you buy the container.. you may or may not be knocked out by it.

Thank you for the info.  There's so much you can do with it since it comes in a powder form and I here my support group raving about it I can't imagine not loving it myself lol Kerry

I really like it too, but my hubby bought it and he likes pnt butter too, but he was not that crazy about it, I on other hand love it and can't wait to start using it once I am on mushy foods. I am also going to try a sample of the chocolate to see how that is. Our WLS GHP sells it for I think 5.50 for regular size jar so not sure can be purchased cheaper on line. They sell pretty much everything and is reasonable.
I can do it, I can do it, chugga, chugga, chugga said the little train! Thank you Lord for giving me the strength!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!  I mix it in yogurt, protein ice cream, protein drinks... I've even mixed it with the SF chocolate I melted to frost protein donuts. (Have I mentioned how much I *heart* eggface?)  It's even yummy sprinkled on top (sort of a salty topping on something sweet).

Last time I ordered, I bought 8 (!!!) jars... my DH loves it, too. I usually order from Netrition, because they have 4.95 flat rate shipping, and I like to combine it with my SF syrups.

I love it in my chocolate prtein shake, blended with ice- yuuum!  Also made an awesome chicken satay and used it in the peanut sauce.  I don't like it plain (reconsituted with water- not great.)  Back in my weigh****cher days I'd reconstitute it with sugar free maple syrup and spread on a whole grain waffle... drool... but I don't eat waffles anymore, so I'll try to forget I said that.  :)  A local grocer and coop sell it here- do a store locator on the website and you might find it locally- saves shipping and no waiting.

I love peanut butter so much its ONE of the things I can't  have in my house because I can eat a whole jar.  My PB2 however sits on the shelves and waits and waits...I do mix it with other stuff but it's just blah to me.  Definitely try the samples.

I know some people do not like Tofu, but I am a fan and when I was on mushies I used this to make Satay sauce for my Tofu. It worked very well. It is something I will continue to make as I look for ways to get my protein in.
