Did anyone find Aloe Juice helpful?

 l used to drink it when l had a case of lBS about 10 years ago.  They say that it helps heal inside as well as it does outside.  So l just picked some up, but l wondered if anyone used it after surgery to help the healing process.???

 I was told by my chinese friend to drink it when u start to feel a cold coming because it helps the immune system. 

So i logically see the benifit to it. 


I am an almost there newbie.  I will be in surgery in 5days, i can hardly wait!

THANKS for the reminder!  Aloe Vera Juice is very healing to the intestinal tract!
If you can get "Georges" it tastes like water.

I use it daily to keep me regular. Works great.
