Woot Woot Stall over!!

For the past six weeks I have been in a stall losing only about 1 to 2 pounds per week.

But this week I lost 7 POUNDS!! Woot woot I am a happy camper. Thanks to all my OH friends and especially FRISCO for their advise and posts!

It kept me going even when I felt I might never lose another pound!

Great job...Congrats...I know those stalls r so frustrating. What did you do if you don't mind sharing?
