I was eating them within a few days of being cleared for all foods, but I was VERY careful about chewing them well. Watch the calories, carbs and fats too, although a few are a good snack, they aren't a good meal because of the numbers.
I ate peanuts fine prior to being sleeved and lost weight. I figure......if I could manage my portions then, I certainly can now. I have great cholestorol. Peanuts have good fat.
