Chicken Barbeque anyone?

Good Morning All and Happy Friday,

The other day I baked chicken for my family with butter buds (butter flavored powder that mixes into hot water for a nonfat butter taste) and soul food seasoning.  I ground it up  in my Ninja for myself for a soft food choice.  It was easy on my tummy!  Today, I decided to mix some bbq sauce mixed with a little vinegar in my ground chicken.  It tasted great and still went down easy.  Funny. Until now, I never consider making chicken bbq as apposed to pork!

I love BBQ chicken.

Be sure to count the carbs in the BBQ sauce. I'm not saying don't eat it (I do) but on days when you have this, you might have to be a little tighter on carbs the rest of the day.
