Fort Worth, TX support groups...

Hey North Texas folks!

I've attended a couple support groups here in FW and one I always have a schedule conflict and the other is never fulfilling for me as a newbie... So, I'm considering starting one of my own that fits within my schedule. I would host it on a week night tues, weds or thurs evening and have some open forum discussion and hopefully some clothing exchanges. I'd also like to put together some scrap booking or game nights or small events or outings we can do together to help keep each other motivated and encouraged.

I also have a support group but the hours also conflict with me...I'm in Rowlett. How far would this support group be for me? I'm not too familiar with many areas other than the ones here b/c I'm new to Texas!!

I'm in Haltom City, I'd either host in my home or at our library... Looks like Rowlette is a lil over an hour away.
