I've been eating a lot of fish/seafood.

- Shrimp stir fry with sugar snap peas and broccoli (the stir fry has other stuff, but I typically only get a few bites of those veggies after I eat my shrimp portion).

- Cold shrimp with a little ****tail sauce

- Any white fish like cod or tilapia, seasoned with lemon pepper or garlic butter or cajun - whatever your preference

- Salmon burgers - very easy to make with the pouch salmon (I just use the recipe on the back), then melt your choice of cheese on top or whatever sauce.

- Salmon filets.  I get them stuffed with crab meat from my grocer - sooo good!

I eat a lot of of string cheese too.

- I like the "bites" on theworldaccordingtoeggface's blog - little crustless quiche type things.  Easy to make ahead of time and warm up.

- Lettuce wraps with deli meat and cheese for lunch.  I like romaine lettuce, turkey or ham, swiss, and a little honey mustard sauce.

- Turkey meatballs with a little marinara and shredded mozzarella melted on top.

Hope that helps!

quinoa has a lot of protein, you can cook it in broth and eat it like that or add veggies and meat for a "stir fry"....
