Checked my BMI and I am no longer Obese, I am just Overweight. Never thought I would be happy to say I am overweight in my life but I am estactic. After being morbidly obese for so long being overweight is a relief.

Yes I am doing the happy dance in my office chair.

I am so proud of myself and of all of us who have taken control of our lives and committed ourselves to living a more healthy life.

Hugs to all on a very excited day in my life.
