Enjoyed my own 'pumpkin pie' yesterday
What a great feeling!! l made low-sugar cranberry sauce - no one like the store bought stuff, so now l'm stuck with a ton of that. l also had a few bites of ham, a touch of potatoes, a bite of green bean casserole, and l made my own pumpkin pie pudding. l took 1/2 c of the pumpkin pie (also super-low sugar) filling and added 1/4 cottage cheese and a tbl of SF cheesecake pudding mix, threw it in a little baking dish and had my own 'pumpkin pie'. Woke up today and had lost 1 lb! Now isn't THAT a first?! lol!!!
