Thanks for posting. I'm getting in the habit of gathering new recipes that I can use now..and after surgery. I love the idea of these..especially that you can freeze them and take out a few at at time!

I made these tonight, and they were FANTASTIC! I used half an onion and no salt, and they were perfect. I will have leftovers for at least a week. Glad to have found an easy and tasty recipe!!
