VSG on 10/18/11 with
I have not been below 190 pounds for 15 years. Had vsg oct 18 2011. I think I am a slow loser and it is very disheartening. I hope I make my goal of 120 pounds. I am 5'1".

If you look at your percent of excess weight loss, I don't think you are really losing that slow.  It seems like people who start out closer to 200 lbs look like they are losing slower, but they are still dropping a good % of their weight.

If you are truly doing everything you can and following your program closely, then you should not be discouraged.  What feedback has your surgeon given you?

You started at 230, so you were kind of a "lightweight" when you started. You've been averaging, looks like about 13 pounds per month... that's pretty good for your starting weight. I think you're doing a great job! Keep up the good work!

Your right where I was for that leangth of time.   I lost slow but steady and at 10 months out Im still averaging about 11 lbs a month.  So chin up.   It will keep coming off
