Just a quick update for those of you who were kind enough to read my last post about being terrified of my surgery this morning and offering your comforting words... I an ALIVE! In pain but alive..will keep you posted!

 Congratulations ! Im in the stages of researching VSG and I know I will feel the same fear on the day of. Good luck with recovery and weightloss!

Congratulations, Julie!  So glad that you're through the surgery.  The pain will lessen each day.  Remember -- sip, sip sip.  Get up and walk.  Do the deep breathing exercises!
